AI integration services for the tools you already pay for
No new software. We connect AI to your CRM, help desk, store, database, inbox and spreadsheets, so the work happens where your team already is.
You'll talk to Usama, who writes the code.
What we connect
Summaries and lead sorting in a CRM, orders and invoices read into an ERP, or one step added to an app you already run.
- Email and documents
- Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, shared drives, PDFs
- CRM and sales
- HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and custom CRMs
- Help desk and chat
- Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Intercom, WhatsApp Business
- Store and payments
- Shopify, WooCommerce, custom storefronts, Stripe
- Databases and admin panels
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, Supabase, Firebase and your own admin
- Spreadsheets
- Google Sheets, Excel
If your tool has an API, webhooks or a database we can read, we can usually connect AI to it. We'll confirm on the call before you pay for anything.
How the connection works
Read first
AI gets a read-only key to the data it needs, nothing more.
Write back where you agree
Updating a record, tagging a ticket or sending a reply happens only on the steps you approve.
Log every action
You can see what the AI did, when, and the data it used.
Run on your hosting
Your Vercel, AWS or existing server, and an AI provider account in your name.
Custom code or a no-code tool?
If n8n, Make or Zapier does the job, we'll use it, in your account.
We write custom code when a tool can't be reached that way, when documents are messy, when you need tests and logs, or when the AI step has to sit inside your own app. One AI SaaS we worked on has 6,000+ active users.
What you keep
All source code goes into your GitHub. It runs in your accounts, and the AI model account is in your name. You approve each milestone before the next one starts. Nothing is held in our accounts, so there's no lock-in.
What the research says
McKinsey's 2026 survey picks out a small group of AI high performers, about 6 percent of respondents. What sets them apart:
“Nearly three-quarters of high performers report fundamentally redesigning workflows because of their AI use, up from 55 percent last year. By comparison, just one-quarter of other respondents report doing so.”
Figures from published research, linked. These are not Samisoftz results.

Who you'll work with
I'm Usama. I write the code on every project and I'm the person on your call. Samisoftz is me and a small team, so we take a few jobs at a time.
Questions people ask
Will it break our current setup?
No changes go live until you've tried them on a staging copy and approved them. We use your tools' own APIs rather than changing how they work.
Do you need admin access?
Usually not. We ask for the smallest access that does the job, starting read-only, and you revoke it at handover.
Which AI model do you use?
The one that passes your tests at a running cost you're happy with. The account is in your name, so you can switch providers later without us.
What does it cost to run?
The AI provider bills your account for usage. During testing we show you the cost per task, so there are no surprises.
Our system is old or custom-built. Can you still connect to it?
Often, yes. If it has a database or an export we can read, there's usually a way. We'll look at it on the call and tell you what we find.
Can you build RAG over our own documents?
Yes. RAG means the AI looks up the answer in your own files first, then replies with a link to the source. It reads only the folders you choose.
