CVs arrive in the inbox in different formats. A recruiter copies the name, contact details, skills and dates into the ATS before reading the CV properly.
Recruiters lose hours reading CVs into the ATS, chasing candidates, rewriting job ads and checking timesheets. AI does that admin inside your ATS and inbox, so your team spends more time with people.
You'll talk to Usama, who writes the code.
A typical pattern, not a client result.
CVs arrive in the inbox in different formats. A recruiter copies the name, contact details, skills and dates into the ATS before reading the CV properly.
The AI reads each CV and fills those fields in the ATS for the recruiter to check. The recruiter spends that time reading the CV and deciding who to call.
Every hiring decision. AI doesn't reject or rank candidates on its own. It summarises, and a recruiter decides. We test summaries on your past placements, and you can see exactly what each summary was based on.
Your ATS or CRM if it has an API (Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder and others), LinkedIn exports, Outlook or Gmail, WhatsApp Business, shared drives. We'll confirm your exact setup on the call before you pay for anything.
One project we've worked on is an AI SaaS product with 6,000+ active users. Ask on the call which past project is closest to your setup.
All source code goes into your GitHub. It runs in your accounts, and the AI model account is in your name. You approve each milestone before the next one starts. Nothing is held in our accounts, so there's no lock-in.
I'm Usama. I write the code on every project and I'm the person on your call. Samisoftz is me and a small team, so we take a few jobs at a time.
It can read CVs against the brief and write a summary for a recruiter. It doesn't screen people out on its own.
No. It prepares summaries and a recruiter makes the call.
If your ATS has an API, usually yes. We'll check before you pay for anything.
It goes only where the data note says, under accounts in your name, and we don't paste candidate data into public AI tools.
Yes, on your business number, to candidates who've agreed to hear from you.
Yes. Staffing agencies often start with CV parsing and timesheets, because both are high volume and follow the same steps each time.
