AI consulting and implementation, one workflow at a time

We find the one task worth handing to AI, build it into the tools you already use, and test it on your own past examples before anyone relies on it.

Where AI goes in your business

AI automation

The work your team does by hand: reading documents, sorting the inbox, copying data between tools, writing first drafts. AI does the step. A person checks what matters.

AI automation services

AI chatbots

Your website chat, WhatsApp and email, answered from your own data. Anything about money, complaints or promises goes to your team.

AI integration

Your CRM, help desk, store, database and spreadsheets. AI connects through their own APIs, so nothing gets replaced.

AI agents

Who this is for

Businesses that run on email, a CRM, a help desk, a store, spreadsheets and WhatsApp, and know AI should be doing some of the work. You don't need a tech team. You need one person who knows the workflow.

Not a fit: a strategy deck with no build, or a chatbot switched on this afternoon with no testing.

How a project runs

  1. Free 30-minute call

You tell us the one task you'd hand to AI tomorrow. We tell you if it's a good fit.

  2. Workflow audit

A fixed fee, credited against the build. We map the workflow, read your past examples and write down what the AI can see. You get a fixed price and a date.

  3. Build in your accounts

Code goes into your GitHub from the first commit. You try it on a staging link and approve each milestone.

  4. Test on your own examples

We run it on your past emails, documents or chats and show you every result. It goes live only when it passes the bar you agreed in writing.

  5. Handover

A recorded session with the people who'll use it, and a written note on how to change it or switch it off.

What we check before AI talks to anyone

  • It answers from your data, not from guesses, and shows where the answer came from.
  • Refunds, prices, promises and complaints go to a named person on your team.
  • When it isn't sure, it says so and hands over.
  • You get a one-page data note: what the AI can see, where the data goes, which account pays and how to turn it off.
  • We don't paste your customer data into public AI tools.
  • Any manager can switch it off.

How we differ from an AI automation agency

Who writes the code
The person on your call. There is no account manager in between.
Custom or no-code
Custom code where a no-code tool can't do the job, and no-code where it can.
Whose accounts
Yours. Code in your GitHub, AI account in your name. Nothing stays with us.
How you know it works
Tested on your own past examples, against a pass bar you agree before launch.

When you don't need us

If your help desk or CRM already has an AI feature that answers from the right data, use it. If a simple automation does the job, use that. We'll tell you on the call.

We build when the answer lives in another system, when documents are messy, or when you need to control and test what the AI says.

What the research says

In a study of 5,179 customer support agents:

“Access to the tool increases productivity, as measured by issues resolved per hour, by 14% on average, including a 34% improvement for novice and low-skilled workers but with minimal impact on experienced and highly skilled workers.”

Brynjolfsson, Li and Raymond, NBER Working Paper 31161, 2023

The businesses getting the most from AI change the workflow around it.

“Nearly three-quarters of high performers report fundamentally redesigning workflows because of their AI use, up from 55 percent last year. By comparison, just one-quarter of other respondents report doing so.”

Projects we've worked on

We don't name clients. Each build is described with the client's details removed.

  • 6,000+ active users on an AI SaaS we worked on
  • A PDF bank-statement converter
  • A video clipping tool
  • A live shopping app
  • A luxury car hire site

Your code, your accounts

All source code goes into your GitHub. It runs in your accounts, and the AI model account is in your name. You approve each milestone before the next one starts. Nothing is held in our accounts, so there's no lock-in.

Who you'll work with

I'm Usama. I write the code on every project and I'm the person on your call. Samisoftz is me and a small team, so we take a few jobs at a time.

Questions people ask

What does AI implementation mean?

Putting AI into a real piece of your work, inside the tools you already use, so it does part of the job every day. That covers the build, the connection to your systems, testing on your own examples and the handover. A chat window on its own is not an implementation.

Do you do AI consulting, or only builds?

Both, in that order. The call and the audit are the consulting: we find the workflow worth doing and write down what it would take. If you build with us, the audit fee is credited against the build.

Do we have to replace our software?

No. We connect AI to your current CRM, help desk, store, inbox, database or spreadsheets through their own APIs. If a tool can't be reached that way, we'll tell you before you pay for anything.

What if we don't know what we want AI to do?

That's normal. Start with the checklist or the 30-minute call. We look for work that follows the same steps every day, information that gets typed twice, and customer questions that already have an answer somewhere in your systems.

Where does our data go?

It stays in your accounts and goes only to the AI provider you agree to, under an account in your name. Before any build, you get a one-page note listing what the AI can see and where the data goes.

Who owns what you build?

You do. All code goes into your GitHub and runs in your accounts. If you stop working with us, it keeps running and any developer can pick it up.

How much does it cost?

The call is free. The audit is a fixed fee, credited against the build if you go ahead. Each build has a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. The AI provider bills your own account for usage, and we show you the cost per task during testing.

What should we look for in an AI implementation partner?

Someone who will tell you when you don't need them, test on your own examples before launch, and leave the code and accounts with you. Ask anyone you talk to who writes the code and whose accounts it runs in.

How long does it take?

It depends on the workflow and how easy your tools are to connect. You get a date in writing with the fixed price, and a staging link as soon as there's something to try.
